Responding to the tremendous need for mid-priced homes in the San Jose area, David Falk created Falk Development Inc. (FDI) to provide quality oriented residential and multi-family housing for South Bay residents. Relying on an experienced group of building experts and project managers, Falk Development Inc. has completed several successful projects in recent years and with more currently under construction and in the pre-construction phase.

As general contractor, developer and development partner, Falk Development Inc. has utilized decades construction experience to bring numerous residential projects to a successful and profitable conclusion.

Falk Development Inc. is a division of D.L. Falk Companies, which performs approximately $20 million dollars of work annually and has a bonding capacity of up to $18 million dollars for work in progress.
